for people who actually make something.

Startups, musicians, artists, and the people building things you can walk into. You work directly with whoever is doing the work.

The What

Small studio. You get the person doing the thing rather than someone managing them.

The Why

Talent is global. Opportunity isn't.

Many global top designers and content gurus are never in the room where the opportunity sits.
So I built a way to put people I trust in front of founders who need them.

The What

Most founders underrate what a bad first impression costs them. That's usually a time problem rather than a taste problem. Brand is the one thing that always waits another quarter.

The AI identity you knocked together over a weekend is simply not cutting it anymore - you are talking to different people now.
And their purchasing decision is is heavily skewed towards your first impression.

The How

What happens after you call

You've got the budget, you understand your own product, and you finally know what you're selling. Brand work done now holds. So let's have a chat and see if we are a fit :-)
01 - Call 20 minutes.

You tell us what you're building and where it's stuck.

We tell you whether we're the right studio for it. Sometimes we aren't, and we'll say so.

02 - Immersion

Barbara goes deep on what you're making, who it's for, what you're up against, and what you sound like when you stop trying to sound like anything.

It's a conversation, not a workshop with sticky notes.

03 - Build

Strategy, then identity, then everything it touches. You see the work while it's happening.

We skip the big reveal at the end, because big reveals are mostly for studios who are nervous about what they made.

04 - Grow

If you want it, Theodore takes the finished brand and keeps it in front of people every week without you thinking about it.

Barbara makes the brand. Theodore keeps it moving. I link talent to opportunity.

Strategy first, then identity. Positioning, voice, name, the visual language, and how all of it holds up in places you didn't plan for.

She's a branding strategist by training and an artist and musician the rest of the time, which is why work for bands, labels, festivals and creative businesses comes out of here differently than it would at a generalist agency.

She also does product, UX and UI for startups. Small teams, senior hands, direct access.

Architecture background. Seven years across product design and design leadership.

Former Product Lead on the year round digital platform for The Design Conference. Clients in Australia, Europe, Singapore and the US.

You record once. He turns it into a month of published work across every platform that matters, in your voice, and you never touch an upload.

Editing, shorts, reels, carousels, LinkedIn, the article on your own site, the newsletter.

All of it created, polished, scheduled, done.
